ReAnnin Des Jarlais, FNP
I began my nursing career in 2012, after dreaming of becoming a nurse since I was a child. As a registered nurse, I worked Labor & Delivery, triage, and Post Partum inpatient. In addition, I worked as a maternal/child homecare nurse, overseeing the health and well-being of recently hospital discharged mothers and infants. Following, I pursued a life-long goal of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. I enjoy caring for women across the lifespan with my special passions in general OBGYN care, preventative health, prenatal/ postpartum care, contraception, and lactation support.
My goal as a nurse practitioner is to establish trusting partnerships with my patients to provide thoughtful and personalized care. I will accomplish this by genuinely listening to my patients, supporting their health care goals, and providing medical education in an understandable way.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our three dogs. As a family we love hiking, camping, biking, fishing, and traveling as much as possible. My personal pastimes include running, thrifting, and reading psychological thrillers.
